Andrew Fulton is a former British diplomat of over 30 years’ service, including postings in Washington DC, and the United Nations in New York, Saigon, Rome, East Berlin and Oslo. Following his retirement from the diplomatic service in 2000, Andrew was appointed founding Chairman of the Scottish North American Business Council. Having recently stood down as Chairman following 10 years’ service, and he has been appointed President of SNABC. Andrew has acquired a diverse portfolio of business interests, including advisory and consulting roles in several international companies, principally in the security sector. In 2008 he was appointed Chairman of the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party.
