Andrew Fulton
Andrew Fulton spent over 30 years in HM Diplomatic Service with postings in Saigon, Rome, East Berlin, Oslo, the United Nations in New York and finally Washington DC. In recent years Andrew has developed a broad portfolio of business roles, principally in international affairs and the security and investigations sector. He is Chairman of Transatlantica Partners (UK) Ltd, Validate ID Ltd, GloblMed Ltd and Software for Healthcare Ltd.
He is President (formerly founding Chairman) of the Scottish North American Business Council, part of the British American Business network. He has been a member of the GlobalScot world-wide network since its inception in 2001. Andrew is a former Chairman of the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party and was also a Visiting Professor at his alma mater the University of Glasgow School of Law.
