Grace McGill
Grace is a Partner at Weightmans Solicitors, based in Scotland and heading the UK Immigration Division. She has been an UK Immigration practitioner since 1995.
She manages large corporate clients both within the UK and worldwide and acts as consultant and trusted advisor for several international corporate entities.
She was admitted as a Foreign Legal Consultant by the State Bar of Texas having previously worked in Houston, Texas, USA and has been admitted as an International Associate of the American Association of Immigration Lawyers ,
currently serving on the Steering Committee of the Global Migration Forum. She is also a Writer to His Majesty’s Signet ( WS ).
She was appointed a Global Scot by Scottish Development International in 2020 in recognition of her international footprint.
