Issy Urquhart
As Craneware's Chief People Officer and serving on Craneware's Operational Board Issy is responsible for delivering the human resources and organisation development strategies. Issy brings 25+ years strategic and operational global HR experience gained across a number of sectors including Technology, BPO, mature FMCG and Financial Services. Key strengths are her breadth and depth of global HR expertise across all facets of HR and OD especially talent development and acquisition, M&A, change management and global reward strategies.
Most notably prior to joining Craneware, Issy worked at CommScope Inc, Wolfson Microelectronics plc and Convergys Corporation in executive HR roles, where alongside delivering the HR agenda she led widescale change programmes to deliver acquisitions, changes in business strategies and operating models.
