Kenneth Macleod

A native of Texas, Kenneth was lucky enough to spend part of his childhood in Aberdeen. Since then, he has maintained a love for Scotland and has recently settled in Edinburgh with his growing family. Kenneth is a senior associate in MBM Commercial’s Intellectual Property, Data and Contracts team. He is qualified to practice law in England and Wales, and in Scotland. Before joining the firm, Kenneth worked in-house at major UK entertainment organisations such as Working Title Films/NBC Universal, the BBC, and Entertainment One/Hasbro. At MBM Commercial he advises on an extensive collection of media and entertainment, intellectual property, and data protection matters. He proudly travels with his US, Canadian, and Italian passports and hopes to add a British passport to his collection soon.
