Julie is Head of Global Networks for Scottish Enterprise - Scotland's national economic development agency - responsible for maximising the contribution our international networks make to Scotland's economic growth priorities. With responsibility for the pioneering GlobalScot (www.GlobalScot.com) and TalentScotland (www.TalentScotland.com) programmes, her focus is to help raise the aspiration of more Scottish businesses to trade globally; attract talent which builds on Scotland's globally competitive sectors, and work collaboratively to increase the global competitiveness of the business environment in Scotland. Julie has held a range of positions covering all aspects of economic development at a national and international level over the last 20 years.
